If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our Return and Refund Policy.

The following terms apply to all subscriptions, one-time purchases, and add-ons purchased through RISE CARD.

A jelen visszaküldési és visszatérítési szabályzat alkalmazásában:

1. Company (referred to as either “RISE”, “RISELIV FZC”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”) refers to RISELIV FZC – RISE, Ajman Free Zone, Office C1 – 1F – SF5702, United Arab Emirates.

2. Service refers to RISE CARD (the website), accessible from https://cards.riseliv.com/

3. Subscription means any recurring or non-recurring plan (monthly, annual, lifetime, etc.) that grants access to features of the Service.

4. Digital Services means the online, non-tangible services provided through the Service (hosting of your digital card, tools, features, and access to dashboards).

5. PSP (Payment Service Provider) means the third-party payment processor used to process payments and refunds (including card networks and acquiring banks).

6. Ön a Szolgáltatáshoz hozzáférő vagy használó magánszemélyt, vagy azt a társaságot vagy más jogi személyt jelenti, amelynek nevében az adott személy hozzáfér a Szolgáltatáshoz vagy azt használja, adott esetben.

Cancellation and Refund Rights

Because RISE CARD provides Digital Services, purchases are generally non-refundable once access is activated or the service is used, except where mandatory consumer law applies.

Where a cancellation right applies, the deadline to request cancellation is 7 days from the purchase date, provided that (i) the Service has not been meaningfully used and (ii) no premium feature/add-on has been consumed or delivered.

In order to exercise your right to cancel or request a refund, you must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. Please include your account email, invoice/transaction reference, purchase date, and the reason for the request.

If a refund is approved, we will reimburse you using the same means of payment you used for the purchase (via the PSP). We aim to initiate approved refunds within 14 days of confirmation; your bank/card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be considered (at our discretion and subject to applicable law) in the following cases:

1. Duplicate charge, incorrect amount charged, or a proven technical billing error attributable to Us or our PSP.

Refunds will not be issued (except where required by law) for:

1. Purchases where the Service has been activated and used, including creation/publication of a card or use of paid features.

2. Partially used billing periods, renewals, or failure to cancel before renewal.

3. Accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms and Conditions, abuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, or attempts to bypass security or compliance checks.

4. Requests where we cannot verify the payer/account owner or where required KYC/KYB information is not provided.

We reserve the right to refuse any refund request that we reasonably believe is abusive, fraudulent, or made in bad faith.

Discounted or promotional purchases may be non-refundable. Where permitted, we may offer service credits instead of a cash refund.

Refund Processing, PSP, KYC/KYB and Chargebacks

To comply with PSP rules and anti-fraud / AML requirements, we may request identity verification (KYC) and, for business accounts, business verification (KYB). We may also share necessary information with our PSP and competent authorities when required by law.

Chargebacks: If you dispute a payment with your bank or card issuer, the PSP may request supporting evidence (logs, account access records, correspondence, and verification). Filing an unjustified chargeback may result in account suspension.
